Everything we offer: private, one-on-one performance coaching for athletes and adults, Dynamic Bodywork, and Return to Play sessions — all in one Ocean Township location.
Private coaching is sold in session packages: $870 for 10, $2,490 for 30, $3,950 for 50, and $5,250 for 70 sessions, which takes a session from $87 down to $75. Dynamic Bodywork ($140) and Return to Play · Performance ($175) are booked individually.
First session is bodywork — we find your starting position, then build the drive from there.
