Refund Policy – Personal Training, Manual Therapy & Injury Rehab Packages

We value your commitment to your health and strive to provide high-quality manual therapy services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing a service package.

Package Purchases

Manual therapy & Injury Rehab service packages are offered at a discounted rate and are intended to be used by the purchasing client only.

Packages are transferable within family and may be shared with another individual.

Refund Eligibility

Unused sessions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

Once any session in a package has been used, the package becomes non-refundable.

If a partial refund is approved, any used sessions will be charged at the full single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from continuing treatment.

Supporting documentation may be requested.

Approved refunds under these circumstances will be prorated based on sessions used.

Expiration of Packages

Service packages must be used within [12 months] of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Expired sessions are not refundable and cannot be extended.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Sessions canceled with less than [12] hours’ notice or missed appointments may be counted as used sessions.

How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within [7–14] business days.

By purchasing a one of our service packages, you acknowledge and agree to the above mentioned policies & procedures for cancellations, no-shows, package expectations & refunds (If approved).
