Policy & Procedure – Sports Performance Training & Rehab Packages

We value your commitment to your health and strive to provide high-quality manual therapy services. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing a service package.

Package Purchases

• Sports Performance & Injury Rehab packages are offered at a discounted rate and are intended to be used by the purchasing client only.

• Packages are transferable within household but may not be shared with another individual that is not in the household. (Example. Teammate or friend)

Training Package Financing​

• All 1 month training packages can be financed via Afterpay during checkout. If purchaser does not qualify for afterpay, financing can be arranged  but with a 10% Financing fee added to the transaction. financing plan is as followed.  50% upfront and the rest of the package is to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to 1st payment. 

• All 3 month, 6 month & 12 Month packages can also be financed one of two ways with a 10% finance fee added to the total transaction. 

• Option 1 is to pay 50% of the total day one with the other 50% due 30 days after the initial payment. this option there is no 10% fee added to the transaction.

• Option 2 is to purchase package split into 4 Bi-weekly payments of equal amounts. the 10% financing fee will be added to this option. 

• All Financing directly with 1st & Goal Athletics must have card on file for automatic payment on designed date.

Refund Eligibility

• Unused sessions may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been used.

• Once any session in a package has been used, the package becomes non-refundable.

• If a partial refund is approved, any used sessions will be charged at the full single-session rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Medical or Exceptional Circumstances

• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical reasons or other exceptional circumstances that prevent you from continuing treatment.

• Supporting documentation may be requested.

• Approved refunds under these circumstances will be prorated based on sessions used.

Expiration of Packages

• Service packages must be used within [12 months] of the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

• Expired sessions are not refundable and cannot be extended.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Sessions canceled with less than [12] hours’ notice or missed appointments may be counted as used sessions.

• Please refer to our cancellation policy for full details.

How to Request a Refund

• To request a refund, please contact us at 1standgoalathletics@gmail.com with your purchase details.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within [7–14] business days.

Policy Acknowledgment

• By purchasing a one of our service packages, you acknowledge and agree to the above mentioned policies & procedures for cancellations, no-shows, package expectations & refunds (If approved).
