My academic journey began with the studies of  Health Nutrition science at Purdue University Global, where I developed a strong understanding of nutrition and Subsequently, I advanced my knowledge and skills by attending The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. I then began to sharpen my skills and knowledge by mentoring under the guide of the very talented Ray Van Rye, A.K.A "The Muscle Magician," where I specialized in alleviating fascial restrictions and aiding the the bodies ability to recover.
