You will receive workouts & log them while having the ability to see your progression as you move forward. your assigned trainer will get automatic notifications whenever a you complete a workout and can easily keep tabs on your progress. we also receive notifications if u miss a scheduled workout. You also have the option of saving or printing out your workouts if you like.
