Swedish
Relaxation

relax your entire body with our Swedish massage, designed to help put the mind and body at ease. We use a nice rhythmic flow in order to get your muscles to release tension and let go of all the outside worries

Deep Tissue
Massage

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Cupping
Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine commonly used to treat muscle pain. Cupping therapy places suction cups, made of glass or plastic to certain areas of your body to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage

Blade Session

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is a skilled myofascial intervention used for soft-tissue treatment. This technique is applied using instruments that are usually made of stainless steel with bevelLed edges and allows for deeper penetration. These Instruments effectively break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue.

Medical
Massage

Medical Massage is an outcome-based massage. During a medical massage, your therapist may use a broader set of modalities, such as Trigger Point Therapy, Various Massage tools or Myofascial Release, to offer to aid in muscle health recovery.
