Deep Tissue
Massage

Our Deep Tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface, targeting those muscles that are found deeper within the body. It can help to improve range of motion and speed up muscle recovery.

Sports
Massage

Our Sports massage uses manual manipulation of the muscles geared specifically toward helping people who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. The conscious focus of sports massage therapy maximizes the benefit of certain massage techniques and supports further physical exertion and activity.

Medical

Our Medical Massage is an outcome-based massage, targeted to treat and heal a specific Injury or area that is experiencing pain or decreased ability to function properly. During a medical massage, your therapist may use a broader set of modalities, such as Trigger Point Therapy, ART (Active Release Technique), Various Massage tools or Myofascial Release, to offer to aid in muscle health recovery.

Stretch
