Full Body
Massage

A full body massage is a therapeutic massage that is performed on the entire body, including the head, neck, back, arms, legs, and feet. It is typically done using oils or lotions to help the therapist's hands glide smoothly over the skin. The therapist may use a variety of techniques, such as kneading, rubbing, and tapping, as well as different amounts of pressure to help relax and soothe the muscles and promote overall wellness. 

Muscle Manipulation

Muscle Manipulation Massage involves your therapist using their hands or various massage tools to manually manipulate the muscles & tissue to reduce pain, increase range of motion or help aid in the correction of a injury. this form of therapy can also be geared toward helping those who have physically demanding lifestyles and/or hobbies. 

Stretch
Therapy

Stretch therapy encompasses a wide range of techniques, including foam rolling, massage, myofascial release, and active range of motion movements, in addition to traditional passive stretches. Stretch therapy is the scientific application of these techniques to treat certain physical problems associated with tight muscles and restricted joints.
